Please be mindful of our rules.
We have a strict no indoor or outdoor smoking, no pets/animals and no parties policy.
Pool rules:
No glass by the pool.
No Diving.
No Jumping from deck or retaining walls into the pool.
No lifeguard on duty. BY CHOOSING TO SWIM IN OUR POOL, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOUR USE OF THE POOL IS VOLUNTARY AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS, on your behalf and on behalf of your family and other guest.
Please do not tape any decorations to walls or have pop confetti in our home.
A fine of $250 will be charged to guest if rules are not followed.
